This Yamaha features a clear tone and responsive action. Even though it's on the newer side, it still received my standard 7-point protocol which is the minimum I give to all my uprights. It includes leveling the keys, vacuuming out the interior, a full action regulation (exceeding what pianos usually get when new), and voicing as well.
